pets as therapy animals

I think pets are great I have a boxer blue heeler who I got almost 2 years ago he is always by my side or around me. Who here has an animal as part of your support system ? If so when did you get them and how have they impacted your life ?

I definitely agree with you animals really do make you happy. They love you unconditionally, they don't judge you and innocently do silly little things that make you laugh.

I've had my Chihuahua for 7 years along with a rabbit and 4 birds. Even when I'm depressed and don't want to do anything, they make me get off my butt to take care of them and I see that as a good thing.

I have a Staffie & he is almost 5 months old now.He is definately good therapy for me.

I have 2 8 month old kittens. They sleep with me at night and like to spend a lot of time with me. They meet me at the door when I get home after being out. I'm becoming more attached to them as time goes by.

In December my beloved Lucy cat died at 15 years old. She was my best friend. Always with me, always loving me and me loving her. I hope I can have a close relationship with Jasmine and Jake like I did with Lucy.

Pets have truly been a blessing for me through the years. People hurt, pets love.

I have three dogs a chichuachua she is about 13 years old, a beagle mix she's about 7 years old and a boxer who is 3 years old. They make me get up when I want to sleep all day to let them out and to feed and water them. Which is a good thing I would probably sleep all day if I didn't have them to take care of.

    One day runs into the next I can't seem to keep them straightBut i do know it's Tuesday and I start to clean my landord's place again so it'll keep me going although I take breaks more often nowHe doesn't mind and I gwt it doneI hope that you have a good day and can get done what you need toBig hugz sent..Xo
