Pdoc Appt today

I haven't seen my doc since October... I'm kinda nervous about going in today. Got all dressed up- I'm even wearing lipstick. Leaving work an hour before the appt to give myself time to breathe before going in. I have my list ready so I won't forget to talk about all the stuff that's been bothering me lately. Oh boy. Wish me luck!

Glad to hear you've got all your ducks in a row iam. Seems you've come down a bit from your recent high...which is a good thing.

I suggest you start your session disclosing that most recent event. Even if it worries you that you may have a new Dx attached to your file.

Well it was better than expected mostly cos my doc is soooo nice and funny. Might be going on meds soon which is somewhat worrying...
