To make a long story short, (I'm about to go nap, jesus I'm sleepy) I got in a fight with my mum earlier this morning and was thiiiisclose to not going to my walk-in pdoc appointment at 8am.
But my sense of responsibility won out, I guess, and I swallowed a large dose of caffeine, got in the car, and decided to boldly go.... into my appointment.
My pdoc had an intern with her, jotting down notes, as one does when one interns for a physician. He kind of was staring at me and smiling and nodding a lot. I couldn't get why that was, I looked like total shit this morning and wasn't mentally "there" much at all because I was so tired. I guess maybe he was geeked up on something or trying to get really into his internship, Idk. I tried not to overthink it.
But anyways, I have all 4 of my psych meds now, so it's all good. [:
She up'd my Depakote to 500mg twice a day and my WellButrin to ummm, I believe either 300mg or 500mg. Whatever I was on before, times two.
And left the Gaba and Vistaril doses alone. 300 mills of the Gabapentin three times a day and up to two 50mg Vistaril doses for insomnia and panic attacks.
So I think I'm good. Right now, I just need a nice nap and a nice snack. Hope you all are doin' alright.

Mom and I have errands to run this morning. She said we can get sushi for lunch though. I go back to work today. What are you looking forward to this weekend?

Quick, before the evil MONday gets here! Let's climb those mountains, dance in the meadows, dip our feet in the ocean....Okay, so most of us won't be doing any of That. Sadly. But today can still be a great day!The area behind our back fence is on an incline, with less than two feet on even ground at the top. I don't balance well enough for the incline, but our mower guy mows that...

Watch out for night time munchies.
And if you start feeling like a zombie, your Depakote dosage is too high.
For a long time I was on 750 MG of Depakote and that dosage handled my BP quite well. I had a Mixed Episode , so that;s when I was upped to 1,000 MG.
Feeling much better
Good luck
Hugs GB
Actually... I haven't taken the Depakote yet because I'm scared that it's gonna be strong. The gaba made me high as a kite yesterday and I didn't enjoy the feeling of not being in control of my mouth or what I was experiencing, because I'm a control freak.
I think I'll take it as 1,000mg at night, so it won't make me all zombie-d out in the morningtime or the daytime hopefully.
Also, thanks haha. *hugs back* I'm not a woman though. o: I was born as one, but personality-wise, I am androgynous and I feel that I'm not a man or a woman, but something in-between.
I think maybe what it was, was my nonchalance. Idk. I'm attracted to those who look weird naturally and don't cover it up or alter it (although I 100% accept people altering their appearance and/or bodies however they see fit), especially if they give off kind of a stoic-ly detached vibe.
I've noticed I get very very different reactions and different kinds of people approach me, depending whether I do my full-out "dolly" makeup and don my polite voice, or if I'm wearing no makeup or just Cara Delevigne eyebrows and nothing else and have a boyish way about me.
But I've been doing makeup more lately. I guess maybe I'm going manic? I find myself doing repetitive tasks and obsessing over the minutia. Because I went about 2 months where I never did my makeup at alllllll ahaaa.
I'm still rather exhausted, even with the WellButrin. /: Maybe Gabapentin is the culprit? Idk. Off to go swallow some more caffeine, i guess lol.
