Mine aren't really on the same page and it's frustrating. I struggle with insomnia and staying up late. My t doc suggested I try and go to sleep a few minutes early every few days to get in a better routine. Well I told my p doc that today and he said "you should just take your trazodone at 9 or 10 instead of 1 or 2am".
I really don't think he was listening to me. I've been seeing him for the last 8 years but I think it might be time for a new one. I'm switching to Medicaid soon and he doesn't take it anyway.

I get along fine without a tdoc. Your pdoc's advice about the trazodone sounds good and logical.
My p doc said I could have my PCP prescribe the trazodone also.
