hi.. im in canada. but need to know how outpatient programs work....? if n e one knows.. please help me find out how it works

Generally you go 8-5, get to go home at night, lunch is provided and you have various programs going on throughout the day. You see a doc every day like you would inpatient. I like it a lot.

I'm in an outpatient program right now. It's from 9-12 M,W,and F. Alot better hours than the last one I was in. Like, what Halter said.

They let me skip last Friday because I had my todoc appt. They were real flexible.

Don't be scraed...I know that's easier said than done, cause I was too.

i dont know what to do.. im scared. my boyfriend doesnt know whats going on right now, doesnt know any of these thoughtst hat are running through my mind. i just... dont know what i can do. dont know how.. i dont want to lose him. he means the world to me, but what if i scare him away? self harm scares him. how would wahts running through my mind now, do to him
