I'm in a good place now so all I want to say is please hang in there because I'm most likely going to be in your shoes tomorrow morning. Seems sleep is a little more than a slice of death for me lately. I wake up depressed and scramble to find anything good in my life to get me out of it. In AA our primary purpose is to stay sober and help others achieve sobriety. Maybe ours is to keep each other from getting swallowed up in depression. Congrats Jesse, it's the daily double. Not only did you stay alive, but you might keep me alive tomorrow. Sleep well.

I hope your meds are working and if not you call your pdoc asap.

I am glad you got through that particular moment. I didn't two weeks ago bu survived it. I am now on risperidal. Back down to 1mg/day and feeling really good for the first time in years. fingers crossed. I hope you're feeling a little better now? maybe getting some rest? let us know how you are doing?

to irish im on the same med only at 6mg a day still getting used to them

oh good, jesse, hopefully this med will work for you and you will
be able to titrate down to a lower maintenance dose to avoid side affects. I am also on topamax 200 x 2 / day. eltroxin 150 / day, prozac x 100/day, xanax .5micrograms as needed,vitamin,D
3000/day, klonopin .5mg as needed. At the moment I take 1 and a half xanax/day and no klonopin and this combo is working well after years of searching.
