Both links were right on. I soooo wish I could print out and hand the second one to the idiotic psych nurse who comes to my house -as she flouts the whole lot. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to be assertive with her or ditch her as she is my link to my psychiatrist, and he's the only psychiatrist I could get on the books in this town. There's a terrible shortage of them.

So tonight (10.00pm Aus time Tuesday), I am angst ridden and stressed because she is coming tomorrow morning. Great therapeutic relationship!
