I'm gathering info for a research proposal I have to hand in soon and using the noise from the tele to keep me up. Plan to look at the contribution of social media to the social development or development of a good self-esteem in Jamaican teens. Almost time for bed. Got an appt with tdoc at 9 then a luncheon and back to my proposal. Who's having more fun than iam?

And did you really change your status to THAT? :-D Highlight of my night. play that game with my friends, some of them are actually ticklish so it's funny

I had to explain it to one of my American friends... she thought it was cute... cute!!! I told her babies/kids love it! I always wondered if it was a perculiary British thing but no?

I'm up! And glad to have created a blend of night time sleepy tea that actually works. I was determined to make an early morning appointment so I became very creative and voila! Now I'm just reading til I get sleepy.

It's probably originally a British thing but we were colonized by them for so long a lot of their traditions and stuff rubbed off, some we decided to keep, some we tweaked.
@Mini- I've just about perfected my 'delay the flu' potion. Wanna share the night time solution?

It's a blend of chammomile, valerian root and skullcap. Very potent.
