I heard on the radio this morning that Norway doesn't have the death penalty and that he will just sit in jail with no chance of ever getting out if convicted basically.

I don't get killing people, but seriously if I am going to shoot up a bunch of people it wouldn't be kids, adults as a general suck so yeah I can get why someone that was angry or just went mad would kill them, but innoncent kids??? I will never understand the rational behind that.
