Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I have my own set of rules I use when I post on Facebook. I have a younger cousin who is a friend, so I avoid any posts with strong language and sexual content. I always ask myself, "Would I want her to see it?"
Regarding religion and politics: I have friends who post on such topics and I typically ignore the posts. I have also found the "I Don't Want to See This" and the "Unfollow XXXX" to be very helpful.
I feel that there is nothing wrong with posts regarding your weight or your health. I think that gives your friends notice as to what is going on in your life. If you have a supportive group of friends, you may receive encouragement to stick to your diet, congratulatory messages when you lose weight and some prayers if your health isn't so great.
I do avoid posting updates on my mental health. Unfortunately, a lot of people I know are either ignorant or unaccepting.
Hope this helps!
I put on there what I'm comfortable with the world knowing ( not that they'd care smile) but things that it doesn't bother me to put out there..
I do support mental health on there.. I belong to a couple of BP groups...I'm not involved with them however I do want to support and spread support for mental illness
Yay, Rosiestorm is here!!
