You sound like me- I've been creeping into a mixed episode for a few weeks now. I have joint custody of my kids, so my ex is willing to keep them more when my mood starts to get out of control. I know just what you mean about having to GO. I've done it many times- I've called in to work sick from a payphone in the Florida Keys more than once. I've been feeling the need to run away a lot recently. Don't feel bad that you're annoyed by your kids- it isn't your fault, it's just the way you (and lots of others, and me) react to this.

When those feeling hit me it's some of my toughest times. I beeen notorious for just getting rid of my belongings and "going". It can be really had to deal with. I also get annoyed with anything that is (in what I precieve) to be in my way when those feeling hit. My nick name for these phases is "getting happy feet", I just want to go.

Hanna, I have 2 older boys and totally understand that feeling and wanting/needing to run out the door. Sounds like you need a break for a while. Is there anyone that can sit with the kids so you can get out and away for a while....walk around the stores or something. I'm so sorry and I hope you can get a break.

Do you have something that you can take to take the edge off?? I have seroquel that I take when I start feeling like this. Hang in there sweetie.....it will pass.....oxox
