Wow, don't know what caused this but I have been going non stop since last Friday. Just seems I have no need for sleep. I'm amazed that I can be up for 4 days and still be productive and not feel tired. What the hell I assume I need more lithium but I'm certainly not going to bring it up. I'm having fun with WebSphere application server apps, I would say I'm kinda of obsessed, except for the 4 hours I took out to redo the laundry room, needed some cabinets and lighting. Looks a lot nicer and more functional now. Okay hope all is well, just ranting here........

Kinda sounds like mania to me. I am though not the one to judge on not talking to your doc to up your med. Though if you are in treatment you may want to consider talking to your doc. The rule of order for our disease is what goes UP will eventually come down. Why experience the down when you don't have to?

Four days is a long time, and you will crash at some point.....you might want to bring it up to the pdoc.....crashing sucks, please call tje doc!!

Glad you are productive I know it's a great place to be....but when you are up that high there will be a down to follow....please call..ox

I would suggest at least getting help with getting a decent night's sleep. If you are like me, after day 3 things can get bad, bad decisions, hallucinations, and going to the point of no return. I'm not saying you have to give up all the mania... just get a good sleep and bring it down to hypomania. Your doctor should be able to help you achieve that much.

This happened to me a few weeks ago. Turned out I was getting sick with a bad infection. It took longer to recover because of my lack of sleep. Please take care of yourself.

I know it feels good believe me. It's like your on some kind of drug. Everyone is right, you really should talk to your dr. because the crash just isn't worth it.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
