No one to talk to

What can be done when the one person you could talk to seems to no longer want to talk to you. I am lost and seemingly alone.

I am struggling with so much. I am down and agitated all the time. The new med that I was given sent me to the ER with a severe allergic reaction.

Nothing is going right and I can't figure out where everything went wrong. I just don't know how much more I can handle. I just want to scream.

Sorry you're having these problems. Sometimes screaming is the best therapy.

Screaming does help...but may alarm neighbors !

Kidding aside....I do the "slam my pillow around the room" ...it helps to relieve inner tension

I've got into the car and driven so I could scream and no one could hear me. It really does take the edge off when you need that release!

All you can really do about that other person not wanting to talk to you is ask them if you've done or said anything to offend them.IDK.

I'm sorry the med change took you to the ER. I can't handle meds that give me agitation. Not at all.

Scream away if you need to! It's important to vent. I'm sorry the one person let you down. ((hugs))

Thanks for all the advice. Maybe I need to just scream. I am just afraid of completly losing control.

Really sorry, to hear your news, you are not alone I can assure you, we are all in this together and you have my full support for sure!!

It's not worth wasting time in thinking too much where it went wrong, but rather how you can help get it right again and you will get there with help...
