I hadn't taken my meds correctly and today my energy was out of whack.

I listened to this recording which is all about realigning the body's energy and it worked! I can now work today!!!

It's beautiful. I would like to listen to it when I have insomnia.

Its hard to take your meds correctly sometimes isn't it. I struggle sometimes when depressed. If you find any more good relaxing music I'd be keen if you could let me know :-)
