Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

How would you like to start? Me first is probably not the best idea as most people here know me but I have an idea. Why not tell us your single biggest concern so you can see what sort of support is available to you around an issue? There are some really talented people about to help imo.
