This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Maybe spend an hour each day on your journal pouring out all your negativity and woes and hurts and hatreds.
Then after all that foul stuff is out of your system, spend an hour each day deliberately seeking uplifting and loving input.
I know its hard when you have had such a tough life. And its easy to be cynical in this harsh world. But there is a lot of good in the world as well as bad, we just need to seek it.
We need to deliberately seek out positive experiences. I am going to do one today, something that cheers me is spending time with happy children and animals. I have a bag of hairy old carrots in my fridge and I am going to drive to where some horses live and feed them. I love animals, and I know this will lift my spirits.
What can you do today that lifts your spirits? Can you dream of a better life? What would it look like?
Are you eating healthy? Maybe you can focus on shopping for fresh healthy food and lovingly preparing yourself nourishing meals.
How about a mantra to chant if the thoughts get too overwhelming? Maybe look at the Motto post for some ideas. I picked someone's to chant to myself when I am having unwanted thoughts "do the next right thing". it helped.
Sometimes I can't be left alone with my thoughts.
Did you even look at the link Tommy kindly sent you? It has some good suggestions.
Have you tried them?
I am worried about you.
Because God is byast against me. I got dealt crappy cards from the God of Love and forgiveness.
And this really sucks.
