My mind has been racing - cannot control my thoughts. I've been depressed for a week now.
Sent a message to my doctor - she just told me to go up on my meds. But I'm at work now and all I can think about it how messed up my life is and how I just want to sleep and never wake up.
I just want to be normal again and control my thoughts. I want to control this depression. I just want it all to go back to when I was normal. I so sick of the ups and downs

Mom and I have errands to run this morning. She said we can get sushi for lunch though. I go back to work today. What are you looking forward to this weekend?

Quick, before the evil MONday gets here! Let's climb those mountains, dance in the meadows, dip our feet in the ocean....Okay, so most of us won't be doing any of That. Sadly. But today can still be a great day!The area behind our back fence is on an incline, with less than two feet on even ground at the top. I don't balance well enough for the incline, but our mower guy mows that...

Vit. D can be very, very helpful for BP Depression. The real thing that you get from Sunshine is the best, maybe take a 15 minute walk twice a day. Or you can also use supplements. I have pretty severe BP Depression and I take 6000 mg of Vitamin D a day.
You need to call your Dr. back and insist on seeing him so that you can get your meds tweaked or changed.
I know its hard but you also need to try and work yourself out of this Depression before it gets deeper. Make yourself take small walks during the day. If you have a gym membership, go to the gym. If there's a public pool near you, go and swim laps for 30 min.
The thing about the Depression monster is it just feeds on your depression and then makes you more depressed, so it can feed again, and project on you again, etc. Do you see the circular patter that you can't jump off of.
Journaling is a great way to get all the crap out of your head that clogs up your brain when your depressed. but a notebook and just start pouring all the crap out on paper. It doesn't have to be pretty or neat, it's just the stuff coming out of your head.
I hope something in this post works for you, I know how hard it can be to get that depression monster off your bag once he has his hooks in....but don't give up.
