I have a trampoline and use it indoors. It's a small one of course, maybe 46 inches, used for jogging in place etc. I hold onto a set of 5 lb weights and jog until my ass stops hurting.

i ache all over from sitting on the floor

but i often get a sore ass :P

Oh, yeah. Woke up to a beautiful day, but kinda still hungover from yesterday's stressors at work (not booze, just emotion) I jumped right on the compy and stuck there for 5 hours straight.

No sore bottom, though, because mine's all soft and cushy with about 30 extra pounds padding.

I feel stupid for not getting outside to enjoy the day, but tonight at work is just as stressful, and I'm feeling very calm, so maybe I made the right choice anyway. Tomorrow no work, so I WILL go outside and neglect all you dear people for a while!
