Not sure where to begin? My husband moved about 6 hours away last August. There really wasn't much of a choice it was the job that he could find with the after there were changes. now he wants to stay in that area and he's got a job promotion and he really likes the job. It's near the coast and he has always wanted to live at the coast. I grew up in the mountains. Lately I don't really feel as tied to this area. I'm tired of my job. My older two children live here and I won't be here for grandkids Etc. I have a younger child that's 10 and of course he would be with me. My mother has Parkinson's and lives in the mountains from where I am at. We started packing up the house for the real estate agent to put on the listing. I am falling apart I wake up in the morning with anxiety attacks and think of all the little and big things that are reasons why we shouldn't move. I am not able to be objective or logical. I'm going to work late which luckily they are being flexible and understanding. Had a little break down at work yesterday morning cried mentioned I was bipolar afraid of going to the hospital again. One of my bosses called me this morning again hours late because I have such a problem with mornings right now and my anxiety. I cried again. I have breathing issues also very severe. Not sure what the weather is going to do for my breathing not sure what all this stress is going to do two me as a Bipolar person. I have upped my lithium and up to my Zyprexa to what I was taking a year ago I may go to see my psychiatrist I don't know it's been a long time since I've been on here just looking for any support words of wisdom. I'm sure there are mistakes of words because I am talk texting thanks in advance. I'm going into the scary depression haven't been there in a long time. I am a nurse. Trying to manage it on my own if it all possible first. We'll see

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Moving is one of the 'big' things in life that can cause us a huge amount of stress.... The last time I moved I was covered with a rash for a few months.... Don't try to do it on your own.... The move that you're talking about is going to affect you in several ways due to being so far away from many family members as well as your career....
I would seek medical support for sure... Moving is right up their with marriage and death according to my pdoc...... Another hug and a blessing.....xo
