Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Another thought... is it happening every day or just days when you have certain things to do?
Sorry you're going through this, sounds really uncomfortable. Hope there is an answer for you soon.....
when i get up in the morning i have about a thousand racing anxious thoughts and i need to focus on my breathing to calm myself into a state of somewhat normalcy. i woke up a couple hours for work, and am just starting to really kick the anxiety now.
Maybe something happened at that time and it is not a good time for you?
Thank you my friends,
Jennifer
