Mood swings

So tired of these mood swings. They hit hard. Most of the time when they do come I am alone with no one to talk to. Most of the time they happen late at night or early in the morning. I've tried the 741 number to text but it doesn't seem to help to much. It's the not the same as talking to someone in person. I am glad that I have my cats to pet. One other thing I've noticed is that my memory is getting bad to. It may be just the depression. I don't know what to do. God make it stop.

Have you spoken to your psychiatrist about your mood swings? I find my mood in the evening is often different than in the morning also. What medications are you on? What do you currently do to help tame these mood swings?

I hear you loud and clear. Mostly the text number just gives me resources to distract myself or try to calm down. I’d much rather speak to my therapist. Hate feeling this way. I hate feeling alone and not understood. I just need someone to say they hear me and understand me.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
