just intrested if anyone keeps a mood dairy.ive kept one for several years.for me it serves 2 purposes.firstly you get a good idea of how long your depressive episodes last your highs and your stable or better times.also your triggers.you can also share it with your doctor.also list what meds your taking over the years you can see what youve taking.secondly keep a dairy write in it everyday if you can.i know it can be hard but once you start missing days it can be hard to keep it going..for me before i used one no idea how long my depression lasted ect.you can lolok back over the course of a year and you might say been depressed all the time check your mood chart couple of months when you wernt as bad.plenty of websites tell you how to use one.
