Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Like while I was at work, I looked into a mirror , and didn't see my face, but the back of my head ...totally wigged me out .
Other short but deff disturbing things like that. Not sure if it's a full blown psychosis or just a brain glitch.
None the less ...very disturbing !
HUGS !
slept a little. and now my teeth are starting to feel that funny feeling again.
So...I took another ativan. I know I'm going to have to do somthing about this before the weekend is out if this happens again. I'm just trying to get through tonight so I don't have to wake anyone up. but it's getting hard not to wake anyone up as disturbing as this is.
You're WRONG!!!! I really DO want to hear about it!!!! (Bigger grin)
Well, that certainly is a 'weird' delusion (or whatever the appropriate word is.)
LOL!!!! I thought I was France, once!!! LOLOL!!!!!
Not 'French'.
'France'. The whole country!!! LOL!!!
And that was while I was in a great deal of pain, too.
I'm sorry that's happening to you and I agree that if this keeps up, you need to do something about it as soon as you can.
And while you don't want to wake anyone up, if you need to, do it anyway!!!
Hopefully they, along with the Ativan, can help you feel more 'normal'!!!
You aren't the first person to feel like a body part was in the wrong place.

(((((Good Luck)))))
I went crazy once trying to wait for the insurance coverage from my new job to kick in with an abscessed wisdom tooth. Nothing worked by week two I was on sick leave and couldn't sleep more than ten minutes.
I finally caved and the stench in the dentists office was like death. He said he didn't know how I could have lasted that long and said I would have been dead within the day if I hadn't gone to emergency.
No psychosis that I recall but then there were a lot of holes in the drywall. I lived alone at the time.
One time I tried to answer my wifes question of what was I looking for, while I was searching the bookshelf.
My answer made no sense at all and made my wife cry. I was trying to make sense but couldn't for the life of me.
Taking care of yourself and making sure your okay is paramount and comes before your Pdoc getting 8 hours sleep....if you need to call him, then call him.
