This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Sorry you're having one of those mornings. Sometimes it lasts all day for me ...... but it does get better eventually.
Has your therapist and med nurse dropped you?
I've been off for a week so I'm not up-to-speed. Are you going on vacation or moving?
Sending you peaceful and calm thoughts!
I'm going to Arizona from tomorrow until the 18th to see my dad and grandmother. My father and I are going to Vegas for two nights and are going to see Phantom of the Opera!
My mom is now yelling at my sister and I. My mom was yelling at me and then my sister called me to bitch about my mom. I was just like, "Sis, I can't handle any more stress right now. I love you, but lets talk about something positive because I'm going to have a panic attack if I don't calm down." She was very nice about it and stopped complaining right away.
My sister left her phone in the car yesterday and I forgot I grabbed it so it didn't get lost so now my mom has to come to my place to pick it up and bring it to my sister. My sister never takes the bus like I do... I just can't keep up with the drama. I am just ready to get on the plane now without packing! lol
we all do it, because we all have those days... if they don't understand that, then in my opinion you may be better of with someone else anyway. it's not like you mean to do it. if you were feeling fine it wouldn't happen, but you are going to them for a reason.
if there's drama going on i think doing what you are doing by avoiding it and changing the subject to the best of your ability is the best way. i'd just go silent if anyone tries to fluff up drama or ego, just don't respond. i don't know, i think it could work. they'll probably stop if you just ignore it altogether and have to find ways to work it out themselves.
sorry you are having a rough day or days.
hope you feel better soon.
