Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

2. Changes I've had a challenging year, mother dying, father passed away, wife hospitalized with serious anxiety. Sometimes I handled work and other challenges well, other times I made mistakes. Now, I make lists of mistakes and solutions. I calmly ask, what do I do, why was that wrong and what could have been done better. That had helped to diffuse a cycle of self-blame and lead to improvement.
