ok so here is the deal haven't posted in a while mostly because i was busy with college witch i have taken a break from so i can work on paying off some bills and i have managed to go 2 months without having a major episode or ending up back in the ward witch for me is somewhat unheard of although recently i haven't been sleeping well and i have been under a ton of stress trying to find work and all the other things life entails but on the upside i have managed to obtain health insurance recently witch i hope to put to good use soon to finally get back om meds after going 2 years without(im surprised i have survived this long without them) and as soon as that's done and all my bills are paid off its back to college for me to earn my degree in welding tech so anybody else feel like sharing some achievements of late?

Good for you in avoiding hospital in spite of stress, which sadly is all around us. I'm not accomplishing great things. I put all my energy into surviving, which is an achievement after all.

well done you, survival is good, am trying to do that too. am teaching and off cigarettes and so far haven't killed anyone! great achievement...

Congrats! I am not doing much, but have managed to become fairly stable.

That is AWESOME!!! Good for you. Proud of you! Keep it up. Meds help so much!! I have no idea how you have made it that far without but sounds like you have come a long way....so just keep going and don't stop. Sounds like you have it going on even with the setbacks, those are just bumps in the road....keep it up!!

That's great!! My own achievements? I've been stable for a long time; but I don't have your work load. By the way, I hear there is lots of work for welders even in these times, so it sounds like you have great goals!

I'm stable.... I don't know about too many achievements though.... I just cleaned well....Maybe this is a good post to get us thinking about things that we'd like to achieve....xo

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
