I was diagnosed 2 years ago in August with Bipolar Disorder.. this road has not been easy. There have been many doctor visits, psych and therapy visits, many almost broken hands, tears (lots of those). Im exhausted, but I've been trying to step back a bit... re-evaluate things, I'm not happy. I think a lot of it has to do with my diet, my weight, and lack of exercise. I'm a full time college...
