Went on a walkathon hosted by a group trying to reduce the stigma against mental illnesses. Got a pin for answering a question correctly after surviving the three laps. Yaay me. I think my hypomania is gone, in a normal place now. Slept most of the day away and thought maybe the depression was coming back but it seems not- thank goodness. I have an appt with pdoc tomorrow so wish me luck as I try to convince her meds is an option that should be on the table now. And tomorrow I sign a controlled drinking contract. Oh boy.

you sound good! awesome that you did the walkathon. good luck with the pdoc appt! it sounds like you have a good sense of what's best for you and i hope your pdoc will be a good listener!

Sounds like you're headed in a good place. Good luck at doctor's. My husband has had to go drink-free. I've gone drink-free in supoort. Feels good actually.

Congratulations on SO many levels! You're doing a great job and I'm sure it will carry on through to other areas of your life. Good luck seeing your pdoc - I think you're making the right decision. Rock on!

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
