so i finally broke down and then i guess my dad did as well. i love my dad i really do, but he calls me mental whenever we argue. i cut and my family saw it and everything is my fault i don't deserve to be here i am mental. i need help

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Calling your teen child "mental" is bad parenting and at that point I'd probably not have a high opinion of anything he says.
Cutting isn't an answer. I know it helps deal with the frustration and pain but really it's not a good strategy for life.
So, given you are 15 - I don't know what the situation is there re getting help. have you been diagnosed? Are you on meds? Do you have access to a school counsellor?
finally - we have some religious nuts targetting teens here - let me know if you get any inappropriate approaches of any kind
