I'm either depressed these days or extremely agitated. As I've said before I have multiple health issues and just got diagnosed with P.O.T.S. I'm seeing my t doc once a week right which is helping. Today I am soo angry.
My mom was just here and she read everything my neurologist has written down for me to do right now out loud. I wanted to scream!! I know she's just trying to help but I just wanted to be left alone.
I'm not allowed to drive right now because I get light headed and today I just want to say screw it and jump in my car because I'm so angry. I'm seeing my p doc and I'm thinking I should ask him to give me something to stabilize me during this "health crisis" I'm going through as my t doc calls it. Does that sound like a good idea? I'm only on trazadone but I've been on lamictal in the past. I'm not sure I can handle the sadness and angry right now.

I've been seeing my p doc for almost 8 years. I'll discuss it with him. I'm thinking maybe he'll leave it up to me but I'd almost rather him decide for me if that makes sense.
