so remember not long ago I posted a med change thread?
Well I don't feel well and haven't been. Not that I don't enjoy sleeping and all but my house is still a mess since my last house post. Now I did get my living room partially cleaned but it's not enough. I'm getting my kids in a few days! I need a clean house!
I'm skipping the fanapt for now I just cant be knocked out all the time I need to do stuff! Plus right now my car is technically unregistered! Yeah I need to go to PENN dot. Thats (department of transportation) for thoughs who don't live where I do. But I haven't felt well enough to go any where or do any thing. I'm dizzy weak and tired all the time.
Well here's to tomorrow. Hopefully I can function I need clothes my kids need clothes and I NEED a clean house! I"m not doing this any more I can't take it or it's back to plan A. Plan A is setting the house on fire and starting from scratch.
If only I still had some of my concerta That's also part of the equation. Adderral isn't doing jack shit for me sorry. Also I'm scared to take the anxiety med because I think that knocks me out even more than what one would call normal. If I could find that missing deprakote I'd be taking it. I know I'd have a partially clean house if I could find it. I have no idea where it is though. Hopefully not in the trash that just got picked up today.
Well thank you every one for your love and support. I'm popping some pills and getting some more sleep. I have a head ache again.
If I don't do this tomorrow some one please come here tomorrow and kick my butt!

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I need to think fast and act quickly. I'm trying to think right now about where that deprakote might be. I'm cutting the fanapt for now and I'm so desperate I'm thinking about adding more lamictal I probably need more ambien but I don't know if I want to risk adding more ambien. And then tomorrow I can double the adderral if I need to. Just so my house gets cleaned and laundry gets done. I think If I cut the fanapt out for now I can function just enough to watch over my kids as long as my house is already clean. But I can't do it all darn it!
I hate playing my own doctor. I hear what you are saying Sunj but I just saw her monday so you know she is only going to tell me to deal with it. After I know that new meds need time to work but I don't have time right now! Once school starts for my children fine because I will have more free time to just loaf about and sleep my life away. But until then I need to find a way to function just long enough to make it.
BTW kids are not with me right now they are at school I pick them up friday. So I need to try and clean before I get them. Saturday I take them with me to my mother's house. Which I still need to watch them but watching them is one thing cleaning up a whole house and trying to keep track of them at the same time is way too much for me right now. Well obviously since I can't even clean my house when they aren't around.
I wish my family weren't a bunch of assholes. It' be helpful if they were at least understanding but they aren't. They are a great source of stress for me. I just fought hard to get my kids back under MY control so I can't complain about it now! I don't need my uncle trying to swoop in and go for the kill! And as far as my grandfather he is old lives far away and knows nothing about my problems. I wouldn't want to tell him anything about it he's too old to deal with it. Honestly when his time does come I want him to die in peace not worrying over me.
I don't want to go into too much more detail than that. I don't think I can handle it right now. All I know is I'm tired of living in fear of my own damn family. My heart can only take so many stabs before I bleed to death!
Not that I'm complaining I'm use to it by now.
My pdoc has talked about trying Fanapt for me--that is if the Abilify did not start to kick in better--and it did.
I totally understand your challenges about house cleaning, organizing and kids. Been there and still doing that.
Try starting on just one room that is easy--say the bathroom (because it is small). Do that room then take a 15 minute break (or longer)
Spend 20 minutes cleaning each room. Set a timer. Move on after each room, but allow yourself a little break in between. Put on some favorite upbeat music too.
Keep a piece of paper and a pen with you to make a list of things you think about--things to buy at the grocery, etc.
Save the laundry for another day, if you can. Then you can concentrate on just cleaning. Consider even going to a laundrymat, if you have a lot---so you can get it all done in 2 hours. it is worth it.
I applaud your efforts to be a good mom!!!
ps: a gentle preemptive boot tot he ass. :)
I DID find the deprakote ! Now today I got all the laundry done. I've been putting that off since that heave wave.
The deprakote definately helps though every time I take it, it works like a charm!
I'm affraid about the lamictal too. At first it worked like a miracle but now as time goes on it's getting weaker and weaker. I fear the day I max out on it.
My medication days are numbered since nothing seems to last for long. I worry about that a lot because when they aren't working properly then I don't get out of bed or do anything.
But I have other health issues too with my womanly problems. That still isn't resolved. I'm afraid I'm a mess. It never stops.
Now to see if I can get anything else done today. Keep your fingers crossed every one. I'll keep you posted.
Still I can't take the deprakote any how. The second day I took it I couldn't get out of bed because I was in so much pain. It makes my arthritis flame up to crippling levels.
well I will start a new thread about some of this later. I need to rest up for a moment. Hey at least I'm calm today. you can probably tell since I don't have page long posts.
I hope things get better for you and they find the right medication for you. hang in there and lots of ((hugs))
Rest well my friend.
