I had been dangerously manic several weeks and went to the emergency room. There's been adjustments to my meds and I'm doing intensive outpatient because of my eating disorder and psychosis. Part of the dangerous part was my partying. The drugs. The drinking. The hooking up with random men. I had all the std testing done and for now I'm good. I'm very concerned as to if I'm pregnant because if I am, they have to change or stop meds and I can't handle that. Let alone no knowing whose baby it is. I feel like the worst person in the world.

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Straighten out your meds with pdoc. Drugs & bipolar don't mix very well. Neither does alcohol. Maybe try to rethink your life and what you want out of it and what you'd like to do with it.
Best of luck to you.....Bipolar is hard, but we can learn to live productive lives. Just don't beat yourself up over this ok?
take care ((((((hugs)))))))
It's good that you're getting the meds straight and doing an outpatient program.
You sound like you're dealing with things as best you can, as well as taking responsibility for what went on while manic.
I hope things continue to get better for you. :)
Your a person fighting to get a handle of a very serious case of bipolar disorder. Your concerned and your right to be. If there is a child my advice is to take it one day at a time. That is my advice to you now anyways. Take it one day at a time..one moment at a time right now. You can't solve all the problems right now. So do what you can do in this moment. Maybe self soothe with a nice bath or a funny movie. Take a brief vacation from the issue for a bit until you know for sure what is going on. It is okay to rest from this now. Things have a way of working themselves out. Even if there is a child it is not the worst thing in the world...your support team will help you. But for now just rest awhile.
Take care :)
