Massage today!  New massage guy, the last was just too far of a drive, but getting a masseuse that is a yoga expect is cool.  I try to get a massage once a month.  Sort of a luxury.

Just got back. My mind is clear, I am tremoring less and I feel great.

I do this for human contact.

me too- abuse survivor so absolutely no stranger is touching me, never. In fact even if someone I know touches me without warning I jump out of my skin. (difficult for partners to get used to). Massage sounds wonderful. glad you found one closer to you. good to hear that you are feeling better.

No worries dude, the past is the past. And hey I've lived in the South alll my life, so you have to learn to "duck and weave" fairly well, or just accept the fact that some people are going to hug you or pat you, etc..

I'm pretty good at "ducking and weaving" and generally good at getting in the requisite, "I"m not a hugger or I don't care to be touched" before I get hugged...but some slip by me.

Its what it is.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
