Bipolar Disorder Support Group

This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I also understand that he has his issues. Relationships work both ways. It means none of us are perfect, but a commitment means working through the tough parts, and rejoicing in the good times. That means both sides have to agree not to bring it up the past, and mood changes are acknowledged for what they are - not used as a weapon by either side.

Learning to know "why" you care for or love someone, is the first step. Is it, as you say, just because you want to Be with someone? Or is it because you have enough in common to Last?
I could say something like, "gee..you're young, there's no hurry"...but I Get it.
There's nothing wrong at all with second-guessing things, at this point. Write it down. What do you really Want? And, are you willing to Look for it, rather than "settling" just because you are lonely - or manic?
