Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

It is hard to be calm and quite when you are trying to make a good impression.
Good luck...:).
Social anxiety? I don't know. I just feel that I have so many ideas and opinions and advice to give I can't shut up! Maybe it's an ego thing??
I'm not sure if this is what you are talking about. I interpret it as her needing constant attention and since it is her show no one says anything.

http://behavioraltech.org/index.cfm This link is for clinicians, but if you go under 'resources' you will find a way to find DBT therapists.
It does take two and I'm giving myself kudos for showing interest and maintaining a friendly dialog. with email there is time to think before you write and I've been trying to work on that too.
I also do that thing where I get scared I said too much too fast.
Glad you made a friend.
I'm also ridiculously honest. Which gets me in trouble but a lot of time people find refreshing. Have a blessed day :)
