Recently I went through a depression phase, induced by my own stupidity [or muddied clarity?] of going off of my medicine.

It had some damaging effects, but I am better now. My temp Pdoc [is "temp" derogatory? Idk] gave me some Abilify samples until my script comes in. You pick your meds up from the office, this is a med-assist programme.

That is all. I don't really want to talk about it. I apologize if I seemed non-receptive to advice or triggered or scared anyone. I'd like to say it won't happen again, but that's my archetype depression entity. My incurable pessimism and paranoia seeps into my words. All I can do is try to avoid the boards like the plague when I'm that way, so you guys don't catch the brunt of my awfulness.

OH. Forgot to add this in the music post, but Demon Days by the Gorillaz is an excellent album for all of our "demon days".
