So, after a while of looking at the pros and cons and thinking about it Ive decided to go ahead with ECT treatments. Ive done some research, talked to people who have had it done, weighed the side effects with the potential benefits and talked to two different doctors who both think I would benefit from it. All said, I feel like Im making an informed decision. I am nervous though. I hope the side effects aren't too bad to handle and there is an element of doubt to be honest. It doesn't help everybody but the research has shown it helps a lot of people so I can't help but be hopeful. Its a little scary to be honest but I feel I have to try. I would like to thank everyone who has shared their thoughts and experiences with me to help me make my decision and those who support me.

Thanks spacepony. Don't have a set start date yet but it will probably be some time in the next 3 to 4 weeks. The place Im having it done is very busy. Kinda suck because Im ready to go now. Oh well.
