Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Agree with volunteering. Does your church have a food pantry or could you organize a donation drive?
There are a lot of people stuck at home, you could teach knitting. Or what about putting your talents to use. You could make masks, I'm sure you could figure that out super quick and sell them, make some money to increase your income.
Time would go quickly if you were busy doing something like that.
People don't go "out" to shop as much so you could also make other things to sale. Now would be the time to start doing an online business of sorts like that and it would help your income without putting you in stressful office situation that you don't really want to be in.
I'm not sure it's that your lonely, probably more bored. You'd have Rocket with you to talk to and be around. And you could message, zoom or chat with people throughout the day or go out and take Rocket for walks to get out and not be stuck in all day.
Just some ideas....
