I feel like life sucks and that I'm going crazy.
I know that crazy really isn't the proper term but that is how i feel.
Does this craziness in your head ever stop. I feel so freaked out and zombie like.
Do the suicidal thoughts ever go away.
Why do we have to be this way?
My home life and school work are suffering badly.
What do you do?????

I try to distract myself, if I am occupied then my mind tends to slow down. I also journal, sometimes I just need to get all of those thoughts out of my head. I ask myself why all the time, but it is a loosing game cause we will never know the answer. Good luck. God bless

I try distraction too. Sometimes I fail miserably. Tonight, after some things on the board concerning one of my friends and then getting obesessed (I'm OCD, big surprise, I know) with that damn Lost show, I just ended up with a migraine and went blind in my left eye and had a melt down. I'm recovering somewhat now. My friend replied to me, and she's better so I'm not as worried about that. I'm rambling. I apologize. I don't have good advice for you. Maybe tomorrow I will. I just wanted to let you know that I know how you feel.

I have never been suicidal, I am so sorry you have to deal with those feelings. I am on some good meds now, thank God for my PDOC!!! If you have Kids you have to think about them and how this disease is affecting their parent/significant other etc. Try to calm yourself, are you having panic attacks too??

I attempted suicide once. I wanted to die.

I almost died on Monday and now all I can think about is living.

I know where you are right now mystie. I know its not a fun place to be. Please hang in there!

Thank you for all the kind thoughts. It is not a fun place to be and it scares me and my family.
I just started new meds on Monday, but they are making me sick. I feel like I'm just loosing all hope.

It will pass, it will pass, it will pass. Love and hugs and try to keep away from any triggers for the moment. If that means DS for a while, then that's what it means. We will all still be here when you are ready.Love and hugs
