My life has taken a turn for the better. I am not thinking about my ex anymore. I am now volenteering two days a week and am looking into a another palce to volenteer soI will have three days a week. I am dating a great guy and am looking forward to seeing where this goes. I have had a good feeling about this for a while. I feel more uplifted and just happy. My lithium dose was lowerd about a month ago and i am feeling better. I do not feel depressed i just feel good. I go to see the pdoc next week and he may take me off the lithium completely deprending on my level. I take saphris, welbutrin and lexapro so hopefully things will continue going good.

Sounds like progress suits you. Watch for your mood as you lower/stop the lithium.

My lithium was lowered a few months ago and within a month I started going downhill. Please keep an eye on your moods.

Thank you everyone. It has been a long road to get to this point. I plan to enjoy this. I will keep an eye on my moods and I have a great support system.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
