life feels low

Recently when I get herrassed at work or deal with stuff at home. I just want to go and hurt or even end life. I struggle alot during the weeks when I come home from work.

My wife may be at work, I'll get this feeling of ending my life. I know it wrong and I just dont know where to turn at times.

I get harassed alot for no reason at all. I know I can just let it in one ear and out other. When Im teased though I try to come back . Just frustrating is all!

I see this is a couple of days old; hopefully the crisis has passed.

If not, can you find a song, a sort of "anthem" that gives you strength? That often lifts my spirits when I'm low. Sort of recharges my willpower.

Sorry that people are assholes to you; try not to let it affect your self-esteem. Sometimes people who are in unhappy jobs just pick at each other like rats in a frickin' cage; it's sort of sad. Fuck 'em!

seeems like this crap is on going. They gave me and the harasser a warning if we dont get along we either get suspended or fired. Ive gone filled and sent six applications out. We'll see what happens.
I would give up but giving up doesnt sound benificial.

Wow!! I'm impressed that you are taking care of things you have control over (like sending out resumes) and I like your attitude .... "we'll see what happens." It sounds like you have tried to handle the workplace harassment as well as you can. Just keep doing the next right thing.
