Hey guys.. it's me again.
ive been living outside of my body for the past 3 days it's like everything is going in slow motion.. I spoke to my therapist and she told me I should speak to a nutritionist and start counting my calories.. due to my ED. I slept 11 hours today.. I'm still tired. I'm really irritable and I somehow can't shake this.. I'm not really taking care of myself these days. I am trying to but it's hard to get out of bed most of the days.. I still come to work but even that's hard.when I'm at work I can focus on work and that helps for 12 hours but then I fall right back into a slump.
Am I making any sense..?

If you aren't eating then you could drink calories such as Ensure or Boost
Working 12 hour shifts is tiring ... if you're eating or drinking calories and still feeling disoriented you should talk with your pdoc about your meds
There's a cause... It's finding it.... Don't deny yourself food kay... If you are and can't stop then I'd talk with your pdoc or go to emerg.....xo
