I dropped my dose to half (asked the nurse), but the damage has been done. I'm unable to get anything done. Even thinking is too much effort. The same material that'd keep me up late at night reading makes my head spin.
It also gives a really bad couchlock effect, where you go into zombie mode and even getting off your ass for a moment to get something seems impossible, much less getting your life in order. >__<
On the upside it's not as "uncomfortable" as some of the other meds, Seroquel, Abilify, etc. It's a smooth, gradual sleep spell that you get used to quickly. It's the lifestyle you hate. I stopped talking to most of my friends because at no point during the day do I really have the energy to carry on conversation. Small talk is too boring to attempt when you're this unenthusiastic, and more intensive convos exhaust me.
I just woke up from a nap (I had good sleep last night too) and I already think I'm ready for another. My Pdoc appointment is on the 3rd, so hopefully... I don't know. I'm tired.

no matter you hang in there. If your pdoc can get you in sooner and you can get there go my friend. I am so sorry you are going through this med adjustments are very difficult just hang in there I know you can get through this difficult wait.
