Just back from the hospital

Well I finally was able to spring myself from the hospital. Went in very happy and manic, came out very depressed. I was perfectly happy before they ruined me. Well just wanted to say howdy, I'm trying to adjust to real life again, it is a really hard task.

Welcome back! Glad you got out of there ok. I always crash like that when I get manic and come back down. Lets hope your depression rebounds and you are able to make a full, healthy mend.

Yeah, they always know how to ruin a high! Sorry you got "too" high though :( Welcome back out of the cushioned environment! Glad you are ok..just know the depression is temporary! Hugs

Yeah, it's hard to think of a hospital stay as a good thing, when you go in happy and come out depressed. I'm surprised that they didn't want to keep you around until you were a bit past the depression phase!!! I hope that ends soon and that you start feeling better!!! (((((Hugs)))))
