He pushed me and tried to force me to have sex...and no he wasn't drunk. I managed to get away and noticed down the road his phone was in the vehicle. I turned around and came back and he was sitting on the porch with a gun in his mouth threatening to shoot. I was about to call 911cops and he said by the time they got there he would be dead. I was afraid that might send him over the edge. I said...do u want to go to hell? He said i dont care anymore. He finally took it down from hos kouth and pointed it in the aircand shot it. That made me feel threatened. I had a friend who was shot to death by her husband. I made him lock the gun cabinet and bring me the key ...i went back in after an hour. He is in bed. He said he was just joking when it came to the sex....if someone is just going to deny they did that stuff what can u do????? At one point he went out to the vehicle and said we could both do it...i told him i wanted to live and never felt so strongly about it. He needs help but if he denies everything what can i do. I know i definitely need help. This day hast s just got worse.....a whole other dynamic ...i can barely believe what has trabspired today.
In some instances, the police are bound by law to take action themselves, regardless of who says what. I don't know how or if that will apply in this case.
They will be able to tell that the gun has been recently fired.
Did you know that when a bullet is fired into the air, it can kill someone when it comes down?
His firing that gun should be reason enough for them to take him into custody.
You NEED to call the police, right now.
You owe it to yourself, to him, and to everybody else who may be hurt or killed by his actions, whether he meant to or not.
Forget looking at it like 'calling the cops on your husband' is a horrible thing to do. Or that doing so is going to make things even worse.
In this case, the main reason for doing it is that it may very well save a life. Or lives.
Call the police and get him the help that he needs, and see to your own safety.

I assume that being of sound mind that you have already called the police so that they can get him the treatment that he needs.
It is not so uncommon for others who may be out on thier patio holding thier child or at kitchen window... to be stuck by stray bullet.
Your waiting to get him help or opt not to get him help, for what reason
