I don't know what to do with myself. I have been so irritable lately. I get wicked annoyed at everything real quick. Im frustrated with my moods. Im sad, lonelyfuck Im slipping. I was doing pretty good for about 1 month and now this. Its coming for me, I just know it is. Depression. With that comes the dark thinking and with that comes thoughts of death, SI, and suicide. I can't help it. I can feel it taking hold of me. Each day gets worse. Im actually used to this feeling, its happened so much in my life. It saddens me that Im used to being sad. I don't know what to do to fight this. I take my meds, go to therapy every week, try to practice mindfulness. Im not stupid, I know that I will get depressed but fuck me can't I enjoy more than a month of relief from it. I was actually feeling real good. Happy, hypomanic I dare say. I have a hard time asking for help but any words of encouragement or advice would be welcome. Thanks for reading.

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Remember, no matter what your mood is, good or bad, it's not permanent, everything is always changing. So while the good doesn't last as long as we want it to, the bad doesn't last forever either.
Also remember that *your mood* is not *who you are*. That's not something I'm perfect at yet, but it has helped me a lot - a good friend is always saying that.
Just in case life pulls a quick one on you and this depression doesn't come on like you think it's going to, try not to make it a self-fulfilling prophecy, you know? Try to hang on to the moment, and enjoy any little thing you can.
I sincerely hope I've been helpful here.

The up and down, the waiting for another depression, the feeling like it will never end..... we all have experienced this.
Try to remind yourself that these feelings are biochemical in nature, you didn't cause them.
You are doing everything right to be well.
Hang in there
