Ah, a person who is still capable of sarcasm should be giving support, not asking for it! We can be down for no reason but at this time of year in this political climate and with the economy tanking we might be hard put to choose just one reason for being down. Being down will affect everything we do, like being unhappy with an average day. We don't always get what we want and that's why we should want what we get. You know you're not alone. I'm trying to survive the holidays again and doing my best to function through this depression.
As my literature instructor said when I showed her my poetry..."It could be verse!" It'll get better even if for the only reason that it has to.
