It's 65 and sunny here in Ohio but I woke up in the worst mood. I didn't sleep good at all. I was ok the past 2 days. Today I'm exhausted and just want to stay on my couch all day inside. I feel guilty though because everyone keeps saying it's such a nice day out. Ugh. I hate being depressed.

Sometimes sunny days are the hardest for me but I'm trying to ease up on the guilt about it and just accept I'm not gonna feel well even on beautiful days sometimes. Hang in there Reds!!

I feel the same way. I'm seriously thinking about eating and going to sleep on the couch. I'm not thinking happy thoughts, just those thoughts of how everybody has wronged me. The poor, poor pissed of me thing I just can't seem to shake today.

I'm in bed right now getting ready for a nap (pst). I'm used to lying o the couch :P but I hear you...very sorry Red, but really, it's not your fault. We all know you'd like to feel better and up and moving.

My latest fantasy is to have part of our front deck screened and roofed so I can put a day bed out there with the wisteria vines and plants. (This is California weather...)
