Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I have been married 2 years, have a boy who just turned 1. My second marriage, ended up with PTSD with the first one because of domestic violence, had to make the difficult choice of giving up my son to stay away from this nasty ex who, by the way, is a good father.
Found my present husband online. Got married, had a baby, life was mostly good. As I was struggling with Post-partum issues, I welcomed my parents-in-law into my home. Their attitude wreaked havoc on my family life and mental health. I lashed out twice at them, now I know I have bipolar and major depression in addition to an eating disorder.
And husband doesn't want me anymore. He makes fun of me all the time and discusses every single detail of my daily activities with his family.
He has chosen to abandon and mock me when I needed him the most. He is hurting me the best he can, when people that I didn't even expect to help are checking on me. Is this relationship worth it?

Hey All...I hope that you have a lovely, peaceful beginning of your weekI have a bunch of chores that need doing but may put them off til tomorrow and just hang out with my landlord/roomie todayWhat about you?...Anything special going on?Have a great day and take good care of you!!..Xo

If I were you I would concentrate on getting help for yourself and stability..... We have a treatable disorder
The only people we can change is ourselves.... I don't know if the relationship is worth it or not but you've written that you are struggling with Bipolar disorder..... Depression and an eating disorder and I would definitely work on these things for your and your child's wellbeing
Do you have a psychiatrist at present if you don't mind my asking?
There are good medications and other tools that can help you
This is a good supportive site and you could also look into RL peer support.... Gentle hug while you sort it out
Thanks again.
