Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

You can try to not go on news sites or listen to news for a few days at a time. Or you can try to just limit news to just 15 to 30 mins a day and that's it. I react very terribly when I listen to news, so I only read it while listening to happy or calming music. Or have someone you trust tell you super short summaries on news stories without all the triggering details, like "This thing happened at this place at this time and its ongoing" something short like that. You can also try looking up good news or news about a hobby or topic you're into that won't trigger you.
News is really triggering for me, which is why I had to stop listening to it and do these things myself. Hope this helps at all.
